A CrediFlex Finance Application Form, Statement of Financial Position (sets out assets, liabilities, income and expenditure) and Privacy Act Form all need to be completed and signed for all applications.

To complement your application and ensure a smooth, quick approval we will require you to provide:

Wage and Salary Earners:

 Self Employed:
  • Deposit(minimum of 5%** required by most lenders, sometimes greater depending on location and conditions)
  • 100 Point ID(Passport or Birth Certificate, Drivers Licence, Medicare Card etc)
  • Proof of Earnings(3 recent pay slips)
  • Group Certificates or Tax Returns (last 2 years)
  • Proof of Savings(last 6 months of bank statements)
  • Repayment History(recent loan, last 6 months and credit card, last 2 repayment statements etc)
  • Gifted Monies (must be declared and supported by a statutory declaration)
  • Application Fee (if applicable)

* Note that we have lenders who will consider loans outside the above parameters – eg "Lo Doc" Loans

If you have an existing Investment Property, which is income producing, you will need to provide evidence of current rentals. Evidence can be a copy of the lease, statement of rental received (via a Real Estate Agent) or a letter from your Real Estate Agent.

**Note: No deposit loans are available provided alternative equity (by way of property equity etc) is provided.
