Lisa commenced her career in the banking & finance industry in 1984 with Mercantile Credits. Between 1984 and 1992 Lisa worked in a variety supervisory roles in Mercantile Credits and later Esanda Finance on the Gold Coast. In 1992 she moved into sales in commercial & chattel finance where she quickly cemented a strong customer base by utilizing her extensive product knowledge and expertise.

By 1996 Lisa had moved into finance broking enabling her to develop and expand her own client and referral base in a wide range of industries including transport, earthmoving and retailing.

In July 2001 along with her colleagues Andrew Robinson and Mark Hendriks, Lisa took up a partnership in CrediFlex.
