Robyn started her banking and finance career in 1996 when she was recruited to ANZ Bank as a personal banking consultant. At the time ANZ was establishing a new approach to providing financial services to its customers. Kiosk style banking offered customers a more flexible approach by opening 7 days per week. These kiosks were located in Coles’ supermarkets thus incorporating the “shops and bank” theme.

In 1997 Robyn began a Masters Degree in Asian Studies. ANZ supported her studies and offered her a stint in Shanghai (China) in an effort to train local staff and develop templates for ex-patriots to have a point of reference whilst in China.

Robyn had various roles within ANZ, some of which include Customer service trainer, Personal banking consultant and Financial Planner. In 2003 Robyn left ANZ Bank to become head of the finance division at Lawford Devin and Associates. In this role, Robyn developed the mortgage broking capabilities of this financial planning firm.

Robyn has completed a Bachelor of Arts (management and sociology) and has a Master of Arts majoring in Asian studies.

In 2005 Robyn started her own mortgage broking business called Manningham Lending., Robyn recently joined Crediflex as a partner and is looking to expand the Victorian mortgage broking business.
