Susan has 16 years of sales and service experience gained within the “services” industry. She has worked with:

TNT Express International where she was instrumental in implementing a customer service strategy at a state level. Her success and dedication in this area saw her go on to become the National Customer Service Manager for both the international and domestic divisions of TNT. While working with TNT Susan also held a position as a Major Accounts Manager.

From TNT Susan moved to the Hudson group (previously Morgan and Banks). Here she held position of Senior Account Executive providing “human capital” solutions for clients in the industrial, manufacturing and energy sector.

Susan’s experience across a diverse range of industries and services has equipped her with a strong appreciation of client expectations. Coupled with her own experiences as a purchaser of financial services, Susan has used these experiences to shape the service parameters she now engages to provide “outstanding” customer service.

Susan believes clients want the best solution in the market place, but are restricted by time constraints which hinder their ability to do the necessary market research. Intermediaries provide a win-win solution for clients and for financial institutions; ensuring clients are linked to the institutions which provides the solution most suited to a client’s needs. In providing this service, intermediaries can ensure long-term sustainable relationships between clients and their financial institutions. Susan also believes the average consumer wants an explanation of “financial services” in language they can understand.
