Vic has been involved in Banking & Finance since 1981 predominantly with the ANZ Group. Over his 20 year career he held positions in all of ANZ's key operating divisions. In 2001 he left ANZ Group to co-found CrediFlex.

Vic's experience in Banking & Finance spans credit management, operations management, marketing & sales, project management and business re-engineering. For 10 years he was based in Sydney and held a number of corporate banking management roles involving the interbank market, insurance and fund managers as well as top 100 Corporates and multinationals. While in Sydney, Vic also had overall management control of a specialized processing Centre for large corporate transaction banking & clearing arrangements.

Vic then moved to Melbourne where he finished a research MBA examining disintermediation strategies in the business banking market in Australia through utilization of technology and electronic banking. In Melbourne Vic held a number of senior management and executive positions in both the domestic and international operations of ANZ Group involving research & strategic re-engineering projects.

Subsequently Vic moved into Esanda Finance in Brisbane where he developed & sponsored the introduction of a new business model for Esanda for management of finance broking business. Vic's final role before joining CrediFlex was a dual role where he was responsible for the Motor Vehicle Dealer arrangements and also held the overall executive function for Esanda in QLD & Northern NSW.

Vic's breadth of skills and knowledge in Banking & Finance coupled with his management expertise ensures that CrediFlex is able to provide a high level of service to its customers.
